Sesame Noodles Recipe

200g noodles (wheat or ramen)
2 tbsp KIBON Sesame Oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce (optional, for colour)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp sugar or honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp rice mirin (optional)
Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, sugar, garlic, and rice vinegar until smooth.

While noodles are still warm, pour the sauce over them.

Toss well until evenly coated.

Adjust seasoning — add more soy sauce or sesame oil to taste.

Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm or chilled!
